Hi everyone!!! Today I am taking you to Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi. This resort is located in secluded Pai Plong Beach just next to famous Ao Nang Beach in Krabi, southern Thailand.

Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi provides a free speedboat shuttle from / to Nopparatthara Pier, on Nopparatthara Beach, which is located next to Ao Nang Beach.

We have been here during Monsoon season, so the weather is unpredictable. Sometime it rains, sometime it's sunny.

We arrived at Ao Nang Beach quite late in the evening because we spent so much time exploring other places in Krabi such as the Emerald Pool and the Hot Spring Water Fall. We parked our car in the car park provided by the resort's organization. Then, there was a shuttle service took us from the car park to the pier and waited for a shuttle speedboat to take us to the resort.

It took around 15 minutes by speedboat. And finally, we arrived. Since we arrived in the evening, everything looked dark. 

We had a quick check-in and a resort staff took us to our room by golf cart. Our room was located on the hill above the lobby.

Once we arrived to our room, we just unpacked our suitcase and got ready for dinner since we had only 2 hours before the dining room was closed.

Our room was cozy and clean. We had a bit of some fruits and snacks provided for free on the first day of arrival.

After unpacking our suitcases, we walked down from the hill and headed to the dining room which was located near the lobby.

We ordered some western food such as mixed salad, spaghetti and pizza. It took less than 20 minutes waiting for food :)

I ordered fruit punch and it was so refreshing.

After having dinner, we headed back to our room, took a shower and went to bed shortly after that.

Good morning!!!

We woke up around 7 o'clock in the morning and the weather was so fresh. We spent around 20 minutes sitting in a balcony admiring beautiful panorama view of limestone mountains, the ocean and the beach.

The view was amazing.

We prepared ourselves and got ready for having breakfast in the restaurant down from the hill.

We didn't call for golf cart service since the restaurant wasn't far from our room and we just walked down.

The landscape of this resort is awesome. The back of the resort is full of limestone mountains with some tropical trees. 

We had breakfast in an ourdoor area of the restaurant. The view is amazing.

After having breakfast, it was our time to explore the swimming pool and the beach. 

The swimming pool is located just next to the beach. There were some guests already eventhough it was early in the morning.

The weather seemed to be sunny and no rain on this day.

Some guests are already lying on sunbed.

Let's explore the beach!!

The beach during Monsoon season is not as beautiful as during dry season. We can see some muddy seawater and strong waves which is not pleasant to swim.

We found a small pathway climbing up to the hill and we just wondered if we could take a walk from here to end up with another beach.

We asked the security guy and he allowed us to take this pathway.

The view is amazing here.

Actually this pathway continued to Ao Nang Beach, but we decided not to go further because we didn't have much time and we had to go back to our room for checking out.

We walked down again to where we begun.

We had to go back to our room. Took a shower, got dressed and packed everything back in our suitcases because we had to check-out before noon and took a shuttle speedboat on time.

During Monsoon season, the beaches in Krabi is not as beautiful as in dry season (November-March), and the weather is unpredictable. It can be raining, sunny, storming and windy in one day.

The speedboat arrived at the pier already. Let's go!!!

It took around 15 minutes by speedboat from the resort to Nopparatthara Pier. 

The view in Nopparatthara Pier was beautiful indeed. We had a look around and it seemed like we had to explore more about Nopparatthara Beach because we saw some small limestone mountains, small islands, sea pines, and beautiful beach around here.
