Let me preface by saying that I am not a culinary expert. Food, like art, is subjective and what one person enjoys, another may not.

Okay, here's the translation:

Let's get started. At the end of last year, I had the opportunity to work in Maha Sarakham. During my free day, I asked the local students about any delicious dessert shops. They recommended several shops, and I tried them all. One shop in particular made me exclaim, "Wow, this is amazing!" I had to buy some to take home. It was the brownie cake from Saeng Athit shop. I had a chance to talk to the owner, who told me that they've been making brownie cakes for 10 years. Initially, the shop only sold brownies and butter cakes, but now their children have joined the business and offer other items as well. This year, I had the chance to visit Maha Sarakham again because one of our clients has an eyebrow tattoo shop there. I used it as an excuse to take my girlfriend there so I could eat the brownie cake again. Since my last visit to Maha Sarakham, I haven't had a brownie that I liked as much as theirs. I'm really impressed with this shop. Let's take a look at the pictures now.

Note: Nowadays, I order them to be delivered via EMS all the time. I hardly eat at any other restaurants.

The shop is located near the City Pillar Shrine, next to Sweet Me. This shop is also worth a visit. Walk a little and you will find this shop.

There isn't much food because it's all homemade by the family.

This is what people come here to eat. This shop focuses on brownie cakes, and people keep coming in to order them.

The atmosphere is like an antique shop playing chill jazz music. It would be great if you came here during the cold season.

The only snacks in the cabinet are these, and you can only choose to eat some of them.

This old table is really something I'd love to take home.

The shop does not have parking. You have to park in the alley next to the City Pillar Shrine.

If you come in and don't see anyone, you have to call out, but you hardly have to call out because people come in to buy things regularly.

While waiting for the ordered dessert, I went for a walk and took some pictures. I found an old dog that had been lost since the morning of the 7th. The shop owner said that the dog could stay there. The dog came and stayed. The kind shop owner had a doctor check the dog, and it was fine, but a little thin. I didn't take any pictures because the dog wasn't familiar with the new owner yet.

Walk to see the owner of the shop making brownies in the room next to the shop.

Take a picture of yourself with your girlfriend. The dessert isn't ready yet. It's a bit slow because people keep ordering. The younger daughter is the only one making it. The father is making the cake.

This is where you can come and try it out this time around.

The original famous menu of this shop is the brownie cake, which the students in Sakon Nakhon said that they must come and eat at this shop. The best of Jae. The butter cake is also delicious, but I like the brownie more.

The last time I didn't get to try the chocolate tart because there was only brownie and butter cake. Because the first time I came, my brother's daughter wasn't there, this is what my brother's daughter made.

This is a lemon pie. I'm indifferent, but it's smooth and creamy.

This is so delicious, like the strawberry milk cream daifuku. It's so soft, I don't recommend taking it home because the owner doesn't recommend it. He said it needs to be kept in a styrofoam box and not bumped. I asked the owner to buy the last one, the filling burst out because the dough was thin and squeezed, and it almost burst out.

The daifuku is best eaten at the shop. The taste is not the same as in the shop when I bought it back to eat, as the owner told me. Without the box, it really loses its taste. This is the end of my first review. If you are near the shop, you can try it. The shop also delivers by EMS, which takes one day, but the owner said that only brownies and butter cakes can be delivered. The owner said that they don't make much of anything else. It's a family business, and the locals can vouch for it. I bought some back to eat, and the filling broke in Saraburi, so I stopped to eat some of it. I kept the rest in the refrigerator until I got home. The next day, I ate it, and the taste was not the same as the owner said, but it was still delicious. However, the fresh cream was not as delicious as it was in the shop, which means that the shop is closed today.
