Today we will return to collect the remaining items before we leave.
This morning we went to eat Mee Lak Tia. This restaurant is located at the intersection of Yaowarat Road and Debuk Road. It is a single-story building that houses several shops selling Phuket local food. You have to try it to know!
What's for sale? It's all on the menu, from noodles, **Hokkien fried noodles, fried noodles with pork bones**,
Feeling full and happy, they continued their journey.
Let's enjoy the city in the morning.
And then go to worship the Buddha, Phra Phuttha Ming Mongkhon Ekkanaak Khiri, or the Big Buddha.
We didn't spend much time admiring the view, as the sun was scorching hot when we arrived near noon. However, once we reached the top,
The breeze is cool and comfortable. I don't want to get off.
The view in front is under construction under the base of the Buddha statue. There are many tourists going up to pay respects, especially foreign tourists.
Drive a little further and stop at Wat Chalong, also known as Wat Chaithararam, an ancient temple that is a symbol of Phuket. It houses the revered statue of Luang Pho Chaem.
This picture is so cute! The guide is teaching foreigners how to fold lotus flowers. They look very focused.
Visit the Phang Nga National Museum
Learn about valuable history
The museum houses a collection of artifacts that tell the story of the region's rich history, from prehistoric times to the present day. The exhibits cover a wide range of topics, including the early history of the Malay Peninsula, the arrival of Indian civilization, the tin mining industry, rubber plantations, traditional arts and crafts, and the lives of the Chinese community in Phuket.
Phuket is therefore a tourist city that does not only have beautiful sea.
There is still a fascinating history to be traced and studied.
On the way back, we stopped by the Sarasin Bridge, a bridge with a legend about love that goes hand in hand with the Sarasin Bridge, the bridge of the city of Phuket that crosses the Pak Phra Channel. The tragedy of two young people who decided to end their problems at this bridge.
As I ascended to admire the breathtaking scenery, I couldn't help but marvel at the immense power of love.
And then we headed back through Phang Nga province and into Surat Thani province.
And stayed another night in the charming city of Chumphon, where we fell in love with its charm.
We stayed at Euro Boutique Hotel, which costs a few hundred baht and includes breakfast. We were very full.
In the morning, we left Chumphon and stopped at the Laem Huaphong-Khok Wang viewpoint.
Looking at the map, we can see a sharp point jutting out.
The area was peaceful and quiet, with only a few locals fishing. It was a serene atmosphere.
I don't know what's on the other side.
We trudged to the tip of the cape, where there were rocks that were difficult to climb.
We couldn't climb back up, so we looked for the easiest way, and in the end, we found that we had to go back the way we came.
All that remained was a small puddle with salt crystals clinging to it after the water had stagnated and evaporated.
After we got back, we immediately headed to Hua Hin.
Tonight we will go to the Cicada Market, a market full of artists.
There are open-hat music performances, painting, and handmade crafts.
But finding a parking spot is very, very, very difficult.
In the morning, we visited the Rirk and Chalermsanit Art Village in Hua Hin to admire the art.
There will be various rooms showcasing artwork, where you can support and appreciate the art.
Stop by for coffee at Phruksa Garden, a coffee shop with a garden atmosphere.
The owner is meticulous in selecting coffee ingredients as well as decorating the garden.
In the cool evening, we stopped by the album launch event of Plastic Plastic, an indie singer, at The Jam Factory. You can get there by using the Khlong San Pier. It was a small, cozy music event with a warm atmosphere. Many singers participated, such as P'Muay and P'Ball from Scrubb (the one with the white cloth wrapped around his head). I just found out when he got up and left (he was playing next to us for a long time).
Hugo and Han also brought their children to listen to the music. The image of a father raising his children is truly lovely and heartwarming.
And so we ended our trip beautifully.
It was almost 11 pm when we got home.
It was such a worthwhile and heartwarming journey.
