Unseen Paradise: Laem Jumook Kwai, Krabi

This review will introduce you to a hidden gem that most tourists wouldn't even know exists. Its beauty is on par with unseen destinations, but reaching it requires dedication and perseverance. (Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit.)

This place resembles Koh Kai in Satun province, with a beach and a rock wall featuring unique wind-carved channels. The destination I'm taking you to today has a rather peculiar name, which I'll have to research further. This hidden paradise is called "Laem Jumook Kwai" in Krabi province.

Travel can be done by renting a long-tailed boat from Ao Tha Len Pier and can be reached by private car, but cars cannot access it, so you have to walk.

If you are driving your own car, you can take the Krabi-Khao Thong road, the same route that leads to Ao Thalane Bay. The entrance to the walking path is a narrow gravel road located about 500 meters before the entrance to Ao Thalane Bay pier. Turn into Khwanjit Farm and follow the gravel road for about 1 kilometer. You will reach the foot of the mountain where you can park your car. From there, take the walking path that winds through rubber and palm plantations. The path is quite challenging due to its narrowness and tall trees, so please be careful. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the top. ...(Old route: This route is now closed by the landowner. For your convenience, I recommend chartering a boat from Ao Thalane Bay pier.)

At the end of the path, you'll find a cliff jutting out into the sea like this. It's truly beautiful.

We haven't reached the beach yet. We have to walk a little further. We have to walk down to the beach. The path is as shown in the picture. T_T We need to use our jumping skills a little bit. 555 (This picture was taken by a fellow traveler.)

Waiting for the sun to set, let's find a private corner in the meantime.

The long-awaited moment finally arrived. Around 5 pm, the sun began to set, painting the sky with vibrant orange hues. The sight was truly breathtaking, making the journey to this place worthwhile. I'm already smitten with this place. ^^

I'll end my review here. ^^
