Greetings... This time, it's back-to-back. I'm afraid my friends will forget my face.
Today, I have a review of a trip to Khao Kho, a continuation from yesterday (follow this link: "Khao Kho, the day the fog cleared" http://pantip.com/topic/35277962 )
This review is the 31st (Vol.31) of Sai's.

As always, please give your support to Sai through Facebook "S Travel My Story" at the link below.

Accommodation "Mui Phang Guesthouse Chiang Khan" https://www.facebook.com/muiphangatchiangkhan/?fref=ts

This trip was incredibly long.

Sai left Khao Kho and headed to Chiang Khan District, Loei Province. The journey took quite a while.

Since we haven't been here for a while, we headed straight to our accommodation because we wanted to arrive before sunset.

Our accommodation is "Mueifang Guesthouse Chiang Khan" ( https://www.facebook.com/muiphangatchiangkhan/?fref=ts )

It's a very cute guesthouse with reasonable prices. I booked it through Agoda for 1,600 baht (weekday, in 2015).

It is a two-story, two-unit wooden house.

The interior is beautifully decorated, with a cool vibe.

Walking into the guesthouse, the view is beautiful. This is where we will be staying tonight.

The room we're staying in tonight is called "Tan Yong Room". It's on the 1st floor of the guesthouse and faces the river.

The room is very clean, but the living space is a bit small.

Or maybe the sand is too big.... Hehe, we've explored the inside of the room, let's go outside and have a look.

This is the view from the second floor, but please be quiet when you go up so as not to disturb the other guests.

And this is another reason why Sai chose to stay here.

Visiting Chiang Khan, you must ride a bicycle, right? If you don't, you'll miss out.

Let's start with "Wat Si Khum Mueang".

If you are visiting Chiang Khan, don't miss out on stopping by to pay respects and bring good luck.

Keep spinning.

After cycling for a while, it's time to find something delicious to eat.

However, since the day I visited was a Thursday, the walking street was rather quiet.

This shop is the real deal for "frozen beer", let's have a bottle.

After getting snacks and jelly beer, I came back to chill in my room. Watching the sunset view of the sky, sipping beer, I'm so happy.

And this is another activity that is indispensable for Sand's tourism, which is "sending postcards".

Last night, I went to bed early and woke up early this morning to offer food to the monks. Actually, I had ordered it from the guesthouse.

We planned to offer food to monks in front of the guesthouse, but when we woke up in the morning, we couldn't find any staff. We saw that it was almost 7 am.

So I cycled to Soi 1. There's a food stall here with a lot of people, so I decided to join them...hehe

After offering food to the monks, we returned to the guesthouse for breakfast.

The "Egg in a Pan" menu is limited to 1 set per person. However, if you are staying in a single room alone, you can have 2 sets.

After breakfast, it was time to continue our journey.

Our next stop is "Kaeng Kut Ku", about 3 kilometers from Chiang Khan district.

The next place is "Wat Pa Huai Lad".

Next up is "Wat Neramit Vipassana", located 1 kilometer from Dan Sai district. It is a temple with the most beautiful laterite ordination hall.

Inside the ordination hall, there is a replica of Phra Buddha Chinnarat and murals painted by artists from Dan Sai.

The final destination of this trip is "Phra That Si Song Rak", an important religious site in Dan Sai.

And because the sacred object of Phra That Si Song Rak dislikes the color red according to the villagers' beliefs, which has been the case for the past 400 years,

The ceremony to celebrate the Phra That Si Song Rak does not allow the killing of animals in the area of the Phra That. All visitors must not wear "red" clothing or accessories.

Please do not enter the area of the stupa, as red is the color of bloodshed.

After visiting the sacred objects, it was time to return to Bangkok. Which is a very long distance.

Along the way, we stopped to use the restroom and refuel as needed.

For the "Chiang Khan Lonely Day" trip, 2 days 1 night, which I traveled from Khao Kho.

Please summarize the satisfaction of this trip.

Accommodation

- The price is not too expensive because it is a weekday and not the tourist season.

- The room is clean, convenient to travel, has parking, but is far from the accommodation

Thank you all for following. If there are any mistakes, I apologize here. See you again.
