This evening's dinner will be served in courses, a tradition originating in France.

The meal concludes with Coffee or Tea, perfectly rounding off the dining experience. The 4-Course differs from the 5-Course in that the 4-Course allows you to order either Pasta or Main Course.

While the option to order individual dishes à la carte is available, this review focuses on the 4-Course Set Dinner for 2 Persons. Let's delve into its details.

Classic French Cuisine with Elegant Style

The concept of the restaurant's interior design is luxurious and elegant.

and features a classic and eclectic mix, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The interior design utilizes an earth-tone color palette, incorporating expansive windows and wooden blinds in lieu of open spaces.

Alternatively, light-blocking curtains could be used, which I believe would complement the ambiance well.

The ambiance of La VIE restaurant suggests that it does not aim to draw attention away from the

The atmosphere outside, while not requiring the dining room to be pitch black,

The use of wooden blinds in the decoration enhances the unique character of La VIE restaurant.

The design and selection of furniture in the restaurant are commendable, creating a well-decorated space.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

After being seated, the staff served bread and complimentary items.

Complimentary appetizers are served while you are choosing your menu items.

It is a thick cream soup with a sweet and salty, creamy flavor.

Translation:

It's time to order food!

To whet your appetite, we begin with a selection of starter dishes, each served in a small portion.

The food is intensely flavorful, designed to stimulate the appetite and awaken the taste buds.

Translation:

For the next dish, I ordered the following:

"Hokkaido scallop, served with cauliflower purée, pea shoots, and white truffle oil."

Imported asparagus spears served with truffle cream, mascarpone, and cherry vinegar.

Tender asparagus spears, still crisp and bursting with the earthy aroma of truffle and the rich creaminess of mascarpone cheese, rise to meet the nose.

The chef's cooking method is truly an excellent way to stimulate the appetite. I couldn't help but finish the dish in just a few bites.

The initial feeling now is that the engine is on and ready to go for the next dish.

Hokkaido scallops emphasize the taste and firmness of the scallops, with a strong aroma of truffle mushrooms.

We would like to order two more plates of Hokkaido scallops, but we are mindful that this is just the starter.

A variety of other dishes are being prepared and will be served soon. I almost succumbed to my hunger with the tempting appetizers.

Hokkaido scallops, this dish.

Have you noticed that the two starter dishes I ordered are light and fragrant?

Ingredients that stimulate the taste buds and prepare the stomach for subsequent dishes.

After the starter, I ordered soup, which was

"Wild mushroom soup with truffle served in a cappuccino cup."

And "Blue Horsehair Crab Soup"

A Signature Dish of La VIE: Wild Mushroom Soup with Truffle, Served in a Cappuccino Cup

The signature dish of La VIE is a wild mushroom soup with truffle, served in a cappuccino cup.

This is also one of my recommended dishes. The soup is fragrant and has an excellent rich flavor.

Another menu is a hot serving of horse crab soup. Sip by sip, it feels warm. I like the moment when I bite into the caviar.

Translation:

The sentence describes the sound and taste of something breaking. It says that the sound is "กรุบ" (which could be translated as "crack" or "crunch") and that the taste is "เค็มอ่อน ๆ" (which could be translated as "slightly salty"). The sentence also compares the taste to "น้ำเกลือ" (which means "salt water").

Here is a possible translation of the sentence:

It cracks with a satisfying crunch, releasing a subtle saltiness reminiscent of seawater.

While you dine, you will be serenaded by the gentle sounds of classical piano music.

In a corner of the dining room.

Moving on to the main course, I ordered the

Translation:

English:

"Pan-fried abalone with garlic and coriander"

"French chicken served with truffle purée and peas"

Grilled abalone with garlic and coriander. If I go back, I will order this dish again.

The dish has a simple taste, with a strong aroma of garlic and coriander. The noodles are chewy and soft.

The French chicken is served with truffle purée and peas. This dish is rich and savory, with a prominent salty flavor.

After eating, I felt like having some plain rice to go with it. This is because I felt that eating only French chicken alone was a bit dry.

The flavor is intense and rich with every bite, perhaps a bit too much.

Sweet Endings: Indulge in French-style Desserts with Sweet Time

This sentence describes the conclusion of a meal with French-style desserts from Sweet Time.

"Espresso poured over sliced vanilla ice cream."

and "Summer Berry Mille-Feuille"

The dessert menu is visually stunning, but how does it taste?

Translation:

Summer Berry Mille-feuille is a French pastry consisting of layers of puff pastry alternating with cream.

Filled with fruit and fresh cream, the sweet taste of the dough and cream contrasts with the tartness of the berries, leaving a refreshing feeling after eating.

The body reawakened after its sluggish response to the main course.

Translation:

Espresso sliced, vanilla ice cream. The texture of the dessert is mousse-like and quite sweet.

In the style of French desserts, it tends to be heavy on sweet and creamy flavors.
