As #shellfishlovers, our first order had to be "scallops".

The Hotaate was incredibly large, plump, and white - exactly my type. Taking a bite, I wasn't disappointed. The exterior was crispy, while the interior was juicy and incredibly sweet. It was so delicious, it was like an explosion of flavor!

Large, succulent salmon slices.

Unlike the thinly sliced beef typically served in Thailand, this restaurant offers thick, generously cut slices that are seared over an open flame for added fragrance. The naturally sweet and rich beef is perfectly balanced by the slightly tangy ponzu sauce, creating a delightful contrast that cuts through any potential greasiness.

Amaebi, or sweet shrimp, is served in generous portions.

Ikura, or salmon roe overflowing.

The fish is incredibly fresh, as if it had just been squeezed from the belly of the fish. There is no fishy smell at all. The grains are sticky and sweet, and I am very pleased.

Grilled eel, thick and perfectly grilled, topped with a flavorful sauce. One dish is enough! The quantity and quality are truly impressive.

The highlights of this restaurant are the large size of the fish, its freshness, and its price.
