Hello again, I'm back with another backpacking trip.
This trip is a continuation of my visit to Ai Yerweng Sea of Mist in Yala Province.
But I still had some time to travel, so I decided to use a voucher to stay at RAMADA PHUKET DEEVANA for one night.
Before I continue my journey, I wanted to find something to do, so I decided to go on a yacht trip.

I chose to take a half-day yacht trip in the afternoon to see the sunset while sailing back.
I was able to capture the natural beauty of Phang Nga Bay and the atmosphere on the boat.
I also included the accommodation I used in Phuket.

Let's grab our backpacks and follow along!

From Yala, I headed to Hat Yai to catch a connecting bus to Phuket, arriving there almost at dawn. Today, I plan to take a yacht cruise to admire the scenery of Phang Nga Bay. I have booked a tour with Discover Catamaran, a yacht tour operator. The van is scheduled to pick me up at 11:00 AM to take me to the pier. As there are still several hours to spare, I am taking the opportunity to wander around, backpack on my shoulder, to admire the old Sino-Portuguese buildings in Phuket Town.

After a short walk, unable to bear the heat, I sought refuge in a cool coffee shop. Since I wasn't going anywhere else, I decided to stay in the vicinity of the old buildings. After confirming the car's arrival, I had no choice but to wait.

At 11:00 am sharp, the Discover Catamaran van arrived to pick us up as scheduled.

Head straight to Ao Po Grand Marina.

Around noon, the sails were unfurled, and our destination was the Phi Phi Islands. Setting sail at noon meant the heat was intense. Fortunately, Discover Catamaran provided a brand new boat equipped with an air-conditioned cabin, offering a refreshing escape from the scorching sun.

Surrounded by the sea on both sides, what else can I capture but... (Let's see)

Let's take a look at the view now.

Stopped by Naka Yai Island for a break, swam in the sea, had lunch, and enjoyed the swimming pool. (Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the photos on the island, so I only have these from my phone.)

After a satisfying meal and a relaxing rest, it's time to continue the journey on the Valala. We have kayaking activities planned to explore the various islands in Phang Nga Bay. Personally, I'll be chilling on the boat with a refreshing drink, waiting for my turn to kayak next time. But for those who have already paid for the package, make sure to experience all the activities to get your money's worth!

As the sun dips below the horizon, it's time to head back to shore, accompanied by the breathtaking view of the sunset. Cruising on a yacht while witnessing the sun's descent would be an undeniably romantic experience, especially with someone special by your side.

After a long day under the scorching sun, it's time to return to the hotel and unwind. Although I checked in late today, it's not a problem. I still have some time to capture the nighttime ambiance of the accommodation. Tonight, I'm staying at the RAMADA PHUKET DEEVANA on Patong Beach.

...The hotel is conveniently located on Ratchadaphisek Road 200 Year, a street parallel to the beach. The hotel is easy to find, as it is located on the left-hand side of the road when driving. Alternatively, you can look for the Thanachart Bank, which is located directly opposite the hotel's entrance.

...Upon arrival, while waiting to check in, you can take in the ambiance of the lobby and the surrounding areas. For those who are driving, there is ample parking available in the basement, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot.

If you're looking for elephants, you've come to the right place. RAMADA PHUKET DEEVANA features a plethora of elephant motifs throughout the property, reflecting the essence of Thai culture. From the moment you enter the hotel to your room, you'll be surrounded by these iconic symbols, making it a truly unique experience.

This accommodation offers three room types: Deluxe Room, Premier Room, and Junior Suite. The room pictured is the Premier Room, which features a minimalist design and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Each room boasts a private balcony for enjoying the cool breeze. Amenities include a refrigerator, minibar, hairdryer, iron, work desk, and an abundance of electrical outlets, eliminating the need for a multi-plug adapter. USB ports are also conveniently available.

This deluxe room features twin beds, making it ideal for friends traveling together.

Another room type is the Junior Suite, which offers significantly more space than the Deluxe room. This creates a more airy and comfortable atmosphere. The Junior Suite also features a larger TV than the Deluxe room, as well as the largest bathroom of all room types. Additionally, it boasts an outdoor bathtub and an additional sofa on the balcony.

The interior design of all three room types follows the same direction, meaning they are identical. The only noticeable difference is the room size and the balcony area, where the JUNIOR SUITE has an additional bathtub on the balcony.

The breakfast is served at The Café, located on the ground floor next to the lobby. There are two seating areas: an indoor area and an outdoor area on the lawn. The space is quite spacious, airy, and open, without feeling cramped. Let's take a look at the overall atmosphere.

The second floor houses a variety of amenities, including a spa, fitness center, and a children's play area. The swimming pool on this floor is particularly long.

The next room, not far away, is a must-visit for those who want to relax and unwind on their day off. That is, of course, the spa.

Finally, we leave you with the atmosphere of Patong Beach. As mentioned, it is about a 10-minute walk from Patong Beach, making it a quiet location despite being in the Patong area. If you are looking for accommodation in Patong, this is another option for you.
