UNIVERSAL OSAKA...A theme park where age is no barrier. One day, I'll give it to you...

Day 4 of the trip... Today, we went all out at Universal... Our goal was to ride the Harry Potter rides, and let me tell you, it was amazing! We wanted to go back and ride it again, but the only problem was... it was in Japanese. We would have been more immersed if it was in English, but hey, it was still fun even though we didn't understand a word. As for the rides themselves, I'll keep that a secret... I suggest you go and experience it for yourself.

Starting from Osaka Station, we took the Osaka Loop Line, a circular orange line, to Universal City Station. The journey was short and straightforward, as most passengers on this line were heading to the same destination.

The orange line we are riding on...

A short trip... Part 1 of the Osaka-Kyoto trip, we already told you to buy tickets in Thailand, both entrance tickets and express tickets to be used with the rides. Let me tell you that this made us do a lot of research because we don't normally play rides, so we didn't know how to do it, what to buy. In Thailand itself, we don't play much, just walk around.

Universal Studios Japan, a must-visit destination for many, requires advance ticket purchase. Tickets can be obtained through travel agencies in Thailand or at frequent tourism events held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center or participating malls. Once you have your entry ticket, consider purchasing Express Pass for expedited access to rides, significantly reducing waiting times.

It is not worth it for us to travel, so let's buy it without hesitation...or delay...and there will be a variety of packages...another suggestion, if you have money...go for the big package, for example, Universal Express® Pass 7 (3 types) or Universal Express® Pass 4 (2 types), which will differ in the number of rides you can play. With less money, we choose less, but focus on the rides we want to play...when you get it, you don't have to worry about entering...go ahead (for the price...we just ask him when we buy it, how much is this package, what can I play, how many pieces).

The amusement park entry pass is a simple A4 sheet of paper. Don't be alarmed! The paper will be printed in English and Japanese and will include a barcode for scanning upon entry. The pass will display the rides you are permitted to access and their designated times. Be sure to pay close attention to the times, as迟到 (being late) will result in forfeiting your ride. Remember, this is a perk for special guests like us (since we paid more than others, we get to skip the lines and enjoy expedited access). So strut in with confidence and get ready to have some fun!

Ready...right? With the entry card and the Pass card for the player...let's continue.

Have you seen the queue? It's not worth buying tickets at the entrance or a Pass. It's best to buy them in advance. This is just the queue for tickets, but once you get inside, the number of people waiting for the rides is ten times more. I'm not exaggerating, it's the truth. Especially for popular rides like Harry Potter.

We have arrived... and looking out, we can see the landmark of this place, the world globe.

Note: Due to our itinerary, our train tickets do not cover the date of our visit to Universal Studios Japan. We opted not to purchase them in advance as it was more cost-effective to buy them directly at Osaka Station. Purchasing tickets at the station is convenient and accessible, with English language support available. Don't hesitate to try purchasing train tickets in Japan – it's a unique experience!

Behold the image of Hogwarts... the first point we went to... the entrance gate before entering the city of Harry.

Came in and saw this...

The entrance is... here!

Upon entering, we were greeted by a multitude of people. If you desire an immersive experience akin to being transported into the world of Harry Potter, I recommend visiting during the winter season. During this time, the park adopts a unique concept that aligns with the festive spirit. To fully embrace this atmosphere, plan your visit from November onwards. Alternatively, stay informed about upcoming themed events. Each season offers a distinct ambiance and atmosphere. We visited in November, and it was truly magical.

The shop sells souvenirs, including clothes, scarves, sweaters, and snacks featured in the movie (I didn't try the snacks, so I don't know how they taste). There are many other items available. There is also a restaurant, but the prices were high, so we didn't go inside. I don't know what the food is like or what the interior is like. If you're interested, feel free to check it out.

Would you like one?

Souvenirs galore! If you have the money, you'll want to buy everything. There are even wizard and witch robes, and a place to learn magic! But to learn, you have to buy a broomstick and wizard/witch robes first. Inside, there are two large rides and a stage show. When we came out, we thought the actors were real! They were so well-cast. (There may not be any pictures because we were live streaming on Facebook.) There are still photos.

Must-try...should be tried the most

The taste is peculiar, but delicious. It is better served cold than hot.

The sight of it makes me want to eat it... The taste is delicious, just like sweet snacks. You have to try it for yourself to see how good it is... We've been stuck in this for quite a while now, so let's go do something else.

Dinosaur...another ride we got to play...it and it was the first time in my life...(a dinosaur that is a bird...something like that...it was simulated as a ride, letting us play, like we could fly, not sitting but lying down instead...) After that, it's an overall picture of the amusement park and the rides we didn't get to play because we bought a small package focusing on what we liked. We got to play Harry, Dinosaur, and a special spot to watch the parade, as the period we went was the anniversary celebration of this place.

There is also a wet version available for those who are interested.

Goodbye! It's getting late, and we're heading back. It rained a little while we were there, but it wasn't a problem. On the way in, we passed an amusement park, as well as restaurants and a GAP store. If you're interested, you can stop by to shop or eat before going in, as the prices inside are quite high and there's not much variety.

Farewell, and thank you for your time.

The longer the queue, the more toys there are... Harry loves it. Then we went back the same way... If you bought anything inside, before you leave the door, the tax-free area is on the left-hand side of the exit door. Stop by for a bit and get your discount. The way back is the same. Take the same line and get off at the same place. Go back to your room and rest. Even though we only came to one place and didn't play many rides, it was still a long day.

To be continued... The final episode of Osak.
