Recently, everyone has been going to "Ranong". But what is it about Ranong that makes it so popular?

Today, I would like to take you on a journey to Ranong, a province in southern Thailand. Let's explore its hidden gems and discover what makes it a captivating destination.

Based on my research on the internet, this location is renowned for its stunning natural beauty.

However, as the saying goes, "Seeing is believing." Therefore, we must go and see for ourselves. Let's explore Ranong together!

This trip, we began our journey with Nok Air. We chose to land at Surat Thani Airport.

The cost of flying to Ranong is lower than flying to Takua Pa. Renting a car and driving to Ranong is a more economical option.

Nok Air operates four daily flights to Surat Thani.

And on this trip, we have a makeshift model for the trip too, lol. It's not often that we have a model to shoot.

This is none other than น้องนัท from Dance Your Fat Off Season 1 on Channel 3.

*This individual has undergone a remarkable transformation, shedding an impressive 50 kilograms (110 pounds) from their initial weight of 130 kilograms (286 pounds). This significant weight loss has undoubtedly had a profound impact on their life.*

We checked in and boarded the plane. However, while waiting to take off, I was afraid I would fall asleep.

Tune in to "NokAir Fm" to enjoy music while staying updated on NokAir promotions, travel news, events, and various festivals.

Before the plane landed, we gazed out the window.

The breathtaking sight of a sea of mist unfolds before our eyes, a stunning spectacle of nature's beauty. The contrast between the rolling mist and the towering mountains creates a mesmerizing landscape, a testament to the wonders of the natural world.

Upon arrival, we proceeded to collect our pre-booked rental car from Hertz Thailand.

The officer will then verify and have us sign the documents, which will take no more than 10 minutes.

This trip, there were many of us, so we rented a Honda Civic for 1,230 baht/day.

For those interested in booking a rental car with Hertz Thailand, you can contact them through the following channels:

Hertz Car Rental Thailand's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/HertzCarRental.th/ or call center 02-266-4666.

Bookings should be made at least 2-5 days in advance. However, if you have not made a booking in advance and require a car immediately,

You can contact the Surat Thani branch at 077 441 323. For more information, visit www.hertzthailand.com.

The journey from Surat Thani to Ranong by car takes approximately 2-3 hours.

Arriving at almost noon, we were famished and decided to have a combined breakfast and lunch.

"Baan Mae" Restaurant: A Culinary Gem in Ranong

"Baan Mae," a newly opened restaurant in Ranong, offers a heartwarming and budget-friendly dining experience. The establishment takes pride in its carefully selected ingredients, chosen with the same care a mother would use when preparing meals for her children.

The restaurant's dishes are bursting with flavor, offering a complete and satisfying culinary experience. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home, as if you were dining with family. If you're visiting Ranong, this restaurant is a must-try!

Location: Sook Park Project

The restaurant just launched a new breakfast menu, so we decided to give it a try.

The breakfast menu offers a variety of dishes, but the restaurant's top recommendation is chicken biryani.

After trying it, I must say it's truly amazing. To be honest, *the chicken biryani I've had here is the best I've ever tasted.*

This is not an advertisement. I paid for it myself.

After finishing our meal, we decided to check in to our accommodation to leave our belongings and change clothes before continuing our adventure.

For this trip, we chose to stay at Baan Chino, located in the heart of Ranong city, close to the market and restaurants.

The accommodation is affordable, costing only 800-900 baht, including breakfast. This makes it a budget-friendly option.

The facilities are complete and the decoration is in a simple and clean Sino-Portuguese style.

Our first stop is a brand-new attraction that just opened its doors.

This place is absolutely amazing! If you're visiting Ranong, you can't miss it!

**Tonphet Greenery Garden, Ranong:** A newly opened tourist destination surrounded by nature.

Located at the entrance to Ton Phet Waterfall, this is a great place to relax and unwind.

I highly recommend it, as the atmosphere amidst the forest and mountains is truly breathtaking.

Sitting by the stream, leaning against a tree, filling my lungs with oxygen, it's like recharging my batteries.

This location also offers spa services, food, and beverages.

This one-stop destination offers relaxation, rejuvenation, and culinary delights.

After spending a considerable amount of time immersing ourselves in the natural ambiance, we embarked on our return journey to our accommodations.

En route, the group made a brief stop at **Wat Ban Hangao** to pay respects and make merit, seeking blessings for their journey.

It's time to refuel! For dinner, we chose to eat at Khun Lin Restaurant, located opposite the Raksa Warin Hot Spring.

This restaurant stands out from the crowd in several ways. The decor is eye-catching, with numerous photogenic corners.

Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by an array of superhero comic book characters, adding to the immersive experience. Additionally, engaging activities were available for our enjoyment.

Each of us will receive a Japanese teru teru bozu doll. We can write anything on it, whether it's to scold our boyfriends, express love to our friends, or share our phone numbers.

The restaurant also offers an MK-style dance show, which is highly recommended for its humor and entertainment value.

The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes. Here are a few examples of what we ate:

The meal began with a large lobster served with a spicy seafood dipping sauce. The highlight was the red curry with flying fish roe, which had a delightful crunch and a flavorful broth.

Fried mackerel with shrimp paste, river prawns in tamarind sauce, stir-fried Leea indica with egg, Leea indica baked with cheese, grilled pork, etc.

Another highlight of this shop is the "Two-Minded Water", which allows you to order two different drinks in one cup. How cool is that?

In conclusion, Khun Lin Restaurant offers delicious food, a charming atmosphere, and numerous photo opportunities. If you're visiting Ranong, be sure to stop by this delightful establishment.

Day 2: Exploring the Enchanting Island of Nwa Oo Phee, Myanmar

On the second day of our captivating journey, we embarked on an exhilarating adventure to the picturesque island of Nwa Oo Phee, nestled within the breathtaking landscapes of Myanmar.

On this trip, we traveled from Ranong, Thailand, to Myanmar with Love Andaman.

Love Andaman will pick us up from our accommodation at around 8 am and take us to the lighthouse pier.

The boat will first take us to Kawthaung, Myanmar, for immigration procedures.

The boat will then head to Madam Beach, Koh Nawaopi, which takes about an hour.

The boat will first stop at Madam Beach on Nawi Island to drop off those who are not going scuba diving.

This is what we saw when we arrived at Madame Beach on Koh Nawaopu: crystal-clear water and incredibly white sand.

I want to scream... in Italian. It's really beautiful and fresh.

If you've ever been to Koh Tachai, this island boasts beaches and waters remarkably similar.

Let's take a closer look at the diving spots of Koh Tao Nua on this trip and see what interesting things we can find beneath the waves.

Wow! The coral here is incredibly dense, and there are so many sea anemones!

Additionally, there are unique coral formations that have never been seen before in Thailand. Amazing!

The abundance of fish, including clownfish and other exotic species, makes diving here feel like swimming in a giant aquarium. It's almost comical how many fish there are!

With a depth of only 2-3 meters, we consider Navaopu Island a paradise for divers.

This allows you to encounter a multitude of stunning coral reefs and diverse fish populations. This is merely a glimpse of what awaits you.

We invite everyone to come and see for themselves. We guarantee you won't be disappointed.

After approximately 40 minutes of diving, it was time to return to Madame Beach, still enjoying the underwater experience.

Upon arriving at the beach, it's time for lunch. Let's take a look at what's on offer...

Love Andaman offers a wide selection of pastries and beverages, allowing guests to indulge in a delightful culinary experience.

The food will be served in lunch boxes, with grilled seafood and papaya salad available for selection.

Enjoy yourself to the fullest without worrying about restrooms. Navaop Beach offers clean and sufficient toilet facilities.

After a delicious meal, it's time to relax and unwind. You can take a dip in the pool, snap some photos, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

A moment of privacy where we can do whatever we want. Let's go and capture the atmosphere of the island.

Visiting Madame Beach on Koh Nawaopu guarantees stunning photos.

At least 5 photos must be uploaded every month. (This is just a small sample.)

Having captured countless memories on camera, it was time to return to the mainland.

You can bring your clothes to the shower and change them on the island.

Upon returning to the island, it was time to find another delicious restaurant for dinner.

For dinner on the second day, we chose to eat at Kieng Lay restaurant. The atmosphere of this restaurant is excellent, as it is located right on the beach.

Across the water, one can see the Burmese island of Koh Song. The restaurant is located near the pier.

Kieng Le Restaurant serves dishes with bold flavors that are sure to please the palates of Thai people like us.

The seafood is quite fresh. My favorite menu item is

Stir-fried mud crabs with fermented shrimp paste, stir-fried oysters with fermented shrimp paste, stir-fried rice vermicelli with soft-shell crab, and deep-fried sweet bananas. Delicious!

Today's meal was incredibly heavy. If you come to Ranong and don't gain weight, it means you haven't truly experienced it.

Given the past two days of indulging in delicious meals at various restaurants, it's safe to say that every dish has been a culinary delight.

Before leaving, take some beautiful photos by the beach near Kieng Lay Restaurant with the sunset view. It's so amazing!

The last 3 days, we plan to quickly visit the morning atmosphere at Khao Ya before returning.

A 15-20 minute drive from the city. If you're not in a hurry, you can visit on your way back to the airport as it's on the same route.

During the rainy season, you can see the Ngao Waterfall in the distance on the mountain. It's a different kind of beauty.

If you are traveling with a large group, we recommend renting a songthaew (a type of open-air truck) and using it as a photo prop. This will give you a unique and stylish experience, and the photos will be stunning.

This image is from the Facebook page Ranong 239 and serves as an example of the beauty and tranquility of slow life.

After finishing, return to the storage room and tidy up. Then stop by the Hanging Leg Coffee Shop to relax.

The cafe offers a close connection with nature, allowing patrons to relax and dip their feet in the water.

Living up to its reputation as a city of slow life, it truly allowed us to feel refreshed and fully rested.

Before heading back, we stopped by for a delicious meal to end our trip on a high note.

We returned to the same restaurant, Baan Mae, where we had our first meal together. Do you remember?

The food here tastes just like my mother's cooking, so I can't help but come back for more.

Today, we indulged in a feast of delicious food in Ranong, a fitting farewell to the city's culinary delights.

This restaurant is a must-try, as every dish is absolutely delicious.

The ingredients they use are all top-notch, and most importantly, they are affordable. The quality is excellent, and the crab is real crab.

If we ever return to Ranong, this restaurant will undoubtedly be one of our first stops.

And so we have reached the final part of our review. Time flies when you're having fun.

Our 3-day, 2-night trip only covered less than half of Ranong province.

There are many more places for us to experience, including waterfalls, hot springs, and various islands.

Nature that remains fresh and abundant, befitting a city of simplicity.

While exuding a unique charm, it also boasts a harbor that serves as a gateway to the Burmese seas.

A Paradise Found: Breathtaking Beaches, Crystal-Clear Waters, and a Dazzling Underwater World

This location stands as one of the most remarkable destinations I have ever encountered, boasting pristine sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and an underwater world of unparalleled splendor.

One thing is for sure, if you don't come, you'll truly regret it.

Finally, we encourage everyone to find time to travel and relax.

No need to travel far, invite your loved ones and embark on a journey of new experiences together.
