This Sunday, we won't let it pass by without doing anything. Many people must have been waiting for the weekend all week, right? Where can you go in just 2 days and 1 night? Or where can you try a new restaurant? Please follow and read in the topic Weekend Guide. <3

This week, we're treating ourselves to a lavish **Sunday Brunch** at **Maya Restaurant and Bar**. What makes this buffet special is that we'll be indulging in a unique Indian fusion dining experience. Get ready to challenge your taste buds with exotic flavors and embrace the vibrant colors of life through this culinary adventure.

No need to worry if you're not in the mood for Indian food. This international buffet offers a wide variety of other options, including sushi, sashimi, seafood, salad bar, and various desserts. Think of it as an Indian fusion buffet where you can choose to be the supporting character or the villain instead of the main protagonist.

Our journey begins with a ride on the BTS Skytrain, a popular mode of public transportation in Bangkok. Disembark at **Phrom Phong Station, Exit 6**, and walk approximately 350 meters. You can easily navigate using Google Maps. As you exit the BTS station, look straight ahead and you will see a tall black building with a sign that reads **Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit**. This is your destination.

To access the building, head straight to the elevator and press the button for the 29th floor. There, you will find a beautifully decorated restaurant...

Before we take you to see the beautiful city views, let's go on a food adventure first, shall we? Haha!
Starting with the star of the show, a fusion Indian menu, ta-da!

Green Butter

Indian rice has slender grains that are not as dry as the ones we see. It has a good taste and is soft, similar to Thai rice.

This dish tastes good. In fact, it's very similar to Thai curry. It can be eaten with rice or naan bread.

Save will make it fresh and hot. It is recommended to choose only corn as the filling, because the cheese has a sour taste, which is expected to be not very popular with Thai people. But it's worth a try ^^

This is delicious, similar to vegetable tempura, but the batter is spiced and has a barbecue-like flavor.

This section features a variety of marinated meat dishes with a strong, aromatic flavor. Feel free to sample them in small portions to find your favorites. Remember, it's a buffet, so don't worry about overindulging. However, this special promotion is only available on Sundays. On other days, you can still visit, but the menu will be A la carte.

Chicken Peshwari Tikka

The dish is not difficult to eat and is quite delicious. You can see from the picture. ^^

Let's take a look at some other menus besides Indian food. Let the pictures tell the story...

A wide variety of sushi, sashimi, and seafood is available for your selection!

The highlight is the Seafood Station, which is incredibly fresh and delicious.

Pasta Station offers delicious pasta dishes with a variety of sauces and toppings.

Pasta Station on Soi Gaek offers delicious pasta dishes.

Basic salad bar

To conclude with a sweet treat...no matter how full we are from the main course, we always have room for dessert. Haha!

Lemon tart.

Most pound cakes taste good. We like chocolate cake and lemon tart.

Coconut cake

Rice pudding

Strawberry jam.

Thai desserts also have

Eating fruit does not make you fat.

The restaurant's decor is beautiful and luxurious, with a modern Indian charm. I was impressed. There are tables to accommodate all types of customers, from individuals to couples, small groups, and large groups. You can bring your family, friends, or anyone you love ^^ to try the Indian food experience here. Or even if you're meeting clients for business negotiations, it's perfect.

The service was also impressive. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they were happy to answer our questions about the unfamiliar Indian dishes. They explained the ingredients, flavors, and preparation methods, ensuring we made informed choices.

The balcony serves as a designated smoking area during the day, offering customers scenic views of the BTS line. In the evening, it transforms into a relaxing space where patrons can enjoy drinks and the cool breeze.

After a satisfying meal, indulge in some retail therapy like any other girl. Conveniently located near EmQuartier and Emporium shopping malls, you can easily continue your shopping spree. Alternatively, explore other nearby destinations with the BTS Skytrain just a stone's throw away.
