Refreshing Mon Cham in the rainy season

Mon Cham Peak, located within the Nong Hoi Royal Project Development Center in Mae Ram Subdistrict, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province, is only 40 minutes away from Chiang Mai city. It is part of the Nong Hoi Royal Project Development Center and is situated near the Hmong village of Nong Hoi in Mae Rim District. Mon Cham boasts cool weather year-round, with morning mist and breathtaking panoramic views of rolling hills stretching as far as the eye can see.

Today, we will not be taking the main tourist route but will instead explore a lesser-known path that passes by Tad Mok Waterfall and through the villages of Mae Khi and Pang Hai (behind Mon Cham). This route is less frequented by tourists, who typically ascend via the Mae Rim route through Maesa Elephant Camp. In early June, the weather was characterized by intermittent showers, but the scenery along the way was stunning.
