Calling all seafood buffet lovers!

This time, the theme is 8 types of crabs from around the world and grilled Asado beef.

At Cuisine Unplugged, Pullman King Power Hotel Bangkok (Rang Nam Alley)

We just had dinner there last Sunday and let me tell you, the crabs were amazing! There were 8 different types of crabs to choose from.

With the familiar spicy dipping sauce. For crab lovers, don't miss it.

Oh, besides the abundance of crabs in this theme, there's also Asado grilled beef. The chef will grill it hot, so you have to try it.

There are also other seafood buffets, such as Fine de Claire oysters, New Zealand mussels, sweet clams, mantis shrimp, red shrimp.

Seafood BBQ with tender grilled ribs and a wide variety of international cuisine, including homemade pizzas, pastas, sushi, sashimi, and organic salads.

And the dessert corner, serving unlimited desserts with this seafood buffet. ^^

Let's take a look at the main characters of this theme. As mentioned, there is a special emphasis on crabs, which are prominently displayed in large quantities.

Crabs, crabs, crabs, everywhere! All of them are on ice and ready to be eaten.

Upon closer inspection, we can see that there are eight different types of crabs. However, what caught our attention were the crab claws. We couldn't help but admire the large, succulent claws. 555

In addition to the special focus on crab, there are also other seafood options available, such as mantis shrimp, prawns, fresh giant oysters, and New Zealand mussels.

Come to the spicy menu line.

A variety of spicy salads, papaya salads, and hot sticky rice are available at this station near the seafood line. The staff will prepare the dishes fresh to ensure the flavors of the dipping sauces and papaya salads remain vibrant.

This crab stick salad is a real winner. The flavors are perfectly balanced, not too spicy or sour. I had to go back for seconds, it was that good! ^^

Other international cuisines that are as popular as ever include Japanese cuisine.

Freshly made sushi and sashimi are constantly being added, as they are not prepared in advance in large quantities. This ensures that the food is always fresh and delicious.

There is always a chef on duty at this station.

The salmon looks very delicious.

The atmosphere inside the Cuisine Unplugged restaurant at the Pullman King Power Hotel in Bangkok.

We first visited several years ago and have now returned.

We have seen that the interior of the restaurant has been renovated and is now beautifully decorated.

There are more tables available, both inside and outside.

The tables are not too close together, making it easy to get in and out of your seat. There are also staff members stationed at various points.

They walk around and clear the plates all the time.

Let's take a look at the hot kitchen corner. It's a seafood theme that focuses on crab. We've already seen Seafood On ice, so let's take a look at some hot crab dishes.

This is it, the steamed blue crab. This is what I like because the steamed crab meat is very sweet.

Followed by various crab dishes in hot pans, with other menus alternating each day.

We scooped it up and I have to say, this dish was a bit difficult to eat. We had to sit there and pick and pry at the crab, instead of just getting to the crab meat right away. Haha.

Followed by the highlight menu of Friday-Sunday with Asado grilled meat

Grilled Beef Asado or Latin-style Grilled Ribs

This dish features imported beef asado or Latin-style grilled ribs from the United States, Australia, and Argentina.

Please note: We did not have the opportunity to sample this menu item, so we are unable to provide feedback on its taste or quality.

Following the Asado, the restaurant offers a selection of other pre-made hot kitchen dishes.

The variety of food also includes noodles, which we did not take pictures of.

But we did get to taste it, and it was beef or stewed pork noodles. It was so delicious! I'm glad I got to try this menu too.

The stewed pork is really stewed for a long time, you can really feel it. Because the longer it is, the more delicious it is ^^

There are two more pizza stations nearby, both offering thin-crust pizzas. This is exactly what I like.

Walking to the front of the Cuisine Unplugged restaurant at the Pullman King Power Hotel Bangkok,

This is the barbecue zone, where you'll find a variety of grilled meats, including Asado beef and Latin-style grilled ribs, imported from the United States, Australia, and Argentina.

They are also placed here so that we can pick them up and have the chef grill them on the hot stove.

Select the meat or barbecue you want and hand it to the staff for grilling. Don't forget to bring your table card. Then, you can wait at your table.

The staff will bring your food to your table shortly.

We are ready! We have small cups of water on the table for hand washing.

We peeled a lot of crab and shrimp, so we don't have to walk far to wash our hands. They brought it to the table for us.

Then we peeled the sweet crab meat and dipped it in the delicious dipping sauce. There are many flavors of dipping sauce to choose from.

Our favorite flavor is still seafood dipping sauce as always. ^^

After indulging in the various dishes, let's move on to the dessert menu and palate-cleansing fruits.

Let me tell you, the Cuisine Unplugged restaurant at the Pullman King Power Bangkok Hotel is no slouch in this department either.

What makes it so special? Let's take a look.

The dessert menu also features charcoal bread, which is very trendy. Hehe.

We chose to sit near the dessert line, for some reason.

We figured that we would be able to get the last scoop of dessert, so we thought it would be better to sit in this corner. At least, that's what we thought.

The desserts here are no less impressive. They are beautifully presented and very tempting. We liked many of them.

There is even chocolate fondue.

The cake is conveniently served in individual portions, making it easy to grab and enjoy.

This is our favorite dessert menu at Pullman King Power Bangkok Hotel (Soi Rang Nam).

The chocolate and custard cake is incredibly delicious. Perhaps it's because I have a sweet tooth, but as soon as I saw this menu item, my heart skipped a beat.

The final menu is a seasonal fruit platter, which is very large.
