Phuket 1000%: An unforgettable trip to Phuket!
This trip to Phuket was the most fun and comprehensive I've ever had!
As the title suggests, Phuket 1000% exceeded my expectations.
We explored every corner of the island, making the most of every moment.
If you're planning a trip to Phuket, this review is a must-read.
It's packed with information, making it easy to follow in our footsteps.

Let's go! :D

Our Phuket Adventure Begins

Our journey began as many of you know, with a flight from Bangkok to Phuket International Airport. In the past, we would have taken the Airport Bus into town if we were exploring the city, or to various beaches if we were staying there. During the trip, we would rely on shared taxis or occasionally splurge on expensive taxis. However, this time, we were accompanied by two friends, one of whom is a skilled driver (and also my partner, aww) and has connections in Phuket. This allowed us to borrow a car without having to pay rental fees. For those of you who want to follow in our footsteps, I highly recommend renting a car, as the attractions we visited were quite spread out.

————— DAY 1 —————

This five-day trip actually started in the late evening of the first day, so let's skip to the second day. Our first two nights were spent at the 'Nook - Dee Boutique Resort', or 'Nook Dee' for short, which is located near Kata Beach and Karon Beach. Nook Dee is a 5-star Thai boutique resort. The main building, room walls, and furniture are primarily gray, but brightly colored decorative items such as vases and dolls are used to create a contrast and match the hotel's name. Here are the lobby and swimming pool.

The hotel offers 6 room types:
1. Superior Room
2. Deluxe Sea View Room
3. Deluxe Panorama Room
4. Deluxe Panorama Corner Room
5. Deluxe Jacuzzi Room
6. Honeymoon Villa
Prices start from approximately 3,060 THB / room / night.
This time, I stayed in a Deluxe Panorama Room.
The price was approximately 4,970 THB / room / night, including breakfast.
You can find more details about the rooms at
http://www.nook-dee.com/ or call 076-688-888.
But now, let's take a look at my room! *O*

This is a blank paragraph.

This room is 38 square meters in size. It is not very large, but it is well-organized.
It has all the basic amenities, a large desk, and a balcony.
The view of Kata Beach and Kata Noi is amazing.

Their bathrooms come equipped with both bathtubs and showers.

After taking some photos, we started to feel hungry. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. The restaurant is not very large, but it can accommodate a good number of guests. There are both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The menu offers a variety of Thai, Chinese, and Western dishes. My favorite part of the restaurant is the beautiful Thai-patterned ceramic plates. <3

Haha, eat until you're full! :D

The hotel is now fully charged. Let's explore the surroundings together.
Let's finish this and then we can go out.
I know you want to read the travel episode, but please give me a little more time.
Next is the rooftop, which is my favorite part of this hotel. Haha.
The rooftop is great! It's very spacious and has chairs for chilling.
At night, you can order cocktails and enjoy them.
Luckily, the sky was clear when I went (even though it was the rainy season).
So I took a lot of pictures for you guys to see.

Let's take a peek at their fitness center and spa.
P.S. Upon check-in, friends will receive a free 15-minute massage voucher each.
I'm not sure if it's possible to combine vouchers for a total of 30 minutes if one person doesn't use theirs.
If so, that would be fantastic!

A quick glimpse of the hotel's surroundings,
and then we're off on our adventure! Go Go Go!

With the perfect weather, our first stop today could only be one place: the beach! After checking into our accommodation, we immediately rushed down to Kata Beach. Wow, the beach was packed today! Thais, Chinese, and Westerners were all enjoying the sun and the water. It was a beautiful sight, one that we should definitely cherish. : )

Continuing on to Thalang Road in the Old Town, this street is a must-visit every time I come here. The beautiful and colorful buildings in this area attract both Thai and foreign tourists to come and stroll, take photos, and visit the various shops.

This time, I might revisit some of the same restaurants I went to on previous trips.
I emphasize "some" because my travel companions haven't been to Phuket
in 10 years, so I have to take them to experience the best of the best.
Starting with 'Torry's ice cream boutique'.

This shop is located in Soi Ramnit. The exterior of the shop is painted in a cute pink color, while the interior uses warm tones such as yellow and brown. They sell ice cream and other desserts. This time, we ordered the Phuket Treasure menu, which is ice cream served with various Phuket local snacks. The other cup was ice cream served with "apoong" dessert. Besides the beautiful presentation, the taste is also delicious. The shop is open from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. For more information, please visit this link: https://www.facebook.com/torrysicecream/

Next, we'll be on the hunt for street art.
Ping has already reviewed street art during her first visit to Phuket.
You can find more information in this review: https://goo.gl/vPRwRX
There are many more in the link. These are just a few to whet your appetite. : p

After walking for a while, we started to feel hungry. We decided to look for something to eat. From the old town area, we headed to 'Mee Ao Kae Restaurant'.

Actually, I visited this restaurant in April, but it was closed on the day I went. This time, I had to try it! I first learned about this restaurant when I visited Phuket and ate at Mee Ton Poh. Many fans messaged me on Facebook, telling me to try Mee Ao Kae next time. Mee Ao Kae Restaurant serves Hokkien Mee, just like Mee Ton Poh.

Both restaurants are incredibly delicious, but they have different flavors.

Hello friends, hello. I'm not jealous at all, haha.

This is a blank paragraph.

The shop is located on Phun Phol Road, at the entrance of Phun Phol Soi 3.
Open at 10 am, close at 3 pm.
If you can't find it, call 076-213-058.
After leaving the shop, we decided to go back to the hotel and relax.
Then we went to Kata Beach to watch the sunset.
The plan was that the sky would be clear today, so we had to make the most of it.
But when the time for the sunset actually came, the clouds covered it. T_T
Anyway, at least we got to kill time by getting a henna dolphin tattoo. Yay!

Please translate the following sentence:

The first day ended with a delicious local meal at 'Mammoo Dong Restaurant'.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Phuket.
It's located outside the city, so you need a car to get there, but it's worth it.
The restaurant is located in Pa Lai Alley, Chao Fah Tawan Tok Road, next to Moo Dong Canal.
Open from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM, Tel: 076-282-302.
Recommended dishes are: Salt-roasted pork, Stuffed fish, Stir-fried fiddlehead fern with egg. Order them all!
This time I ordered Bitter snail curry to try. Oh my god, it's so delicious that I cried.
:'D

Day 1 in Phuket is over.
Visited 1 beach and 3 restaurants/dessert shops.

————— DAY 2 —————

On the second day in Phuket, we plan to visit
Khao Khad Viewpoint, Nai Yang Beach, and Mai Khao Beach.
(In this review, Ping will use the word "beach" as a pronoun for Khao Khad Viewpoint to make the review title easier to remember and not too long. Don't be mad.)
Okay! Since we're going on a heavy sightseeing trip today,
we need to fill our tanks for breakfast.
This restaurant is Ping's absolute favorite. Love it so much.
I wish they would open a branch in Bangkok.
The name is 'Phuket Pork Rice Porridge Shop', but the signature dish is stir-fried rice vermicelli.

This is a blank paragraph.

The shop is located at the intersection near the water. It closes before 11 am.

Mee sua is another local dish of Phuket.

It comes in both soup and dry versions, but we prefer the dry version.

It is a seasoned rice noodle dish served with minced pork, pork bones, and boiled eggs.

(Some people also like to order liver/pig's blood with it.)

A bowl costs only 40-50 baht.

After lunch, we drove to the "Khao Khad Viewpoint." We also visited the observation tower, but it wasn't particularly impressive. The trees blocked the view completely. I recommend going to the roadside viewpoint instead. You can see the sea in its entirety, feel the full force of the wind, and take plenty of pictures.

From the Khao Khad Viewpoint, we continued to 'Nai Yang Beach'.
This beach is located in Sirinath National Park, in the north of Phuket.
And only 1 kilometer from Phuket Airport, it is a very peaceful beach.
Compared to Patong, Kata, Karon beaches, you can relax and go diving.
The water is crystal clear (then why did you make a review, oops).

Please provide the text you want me to translate from Thai to English.

This beach is incredibly shady! 🌴

The fisherman's dog ran up to us and started playing with us out of the blue.

We spent less than half an hour at Nai Yang Beach before driving to Mai Khao Beach. Mai Khao Beach is a popular spot for taking photos with airplanes, as it's located very close to the airport. We were told that the best time to take photos is when the planes are landing, as you can get incredibly close-up shots. However, after asking the security guard at the nearby hotel, we learned that planes rarely land on this side of the runway anymore. Most of them take off from here. And it turned out to be true. We waited for 5 or 6 planes, and they all took off. The photos we took were pretty bad, but it was still a fun experience. If you get a chance to go, I recommend it. If you manage to get some good photos, be sure to share them with me!

We had so much fun exploring that we completely lost track of time.
Before we knew it, it was almost 4 pm and we hadn't even had lunch.
So we decided to check into our new accommodation (we were moving today)
and then head out for a leisurely dinner. : p

Our last two nights' accommodation was a Pool Villa.
It was an unnamed listing on Airbnb, located near Surin Beach.
On Google Maps, search for "Lotus Cheing Talay".
The house is located just past the Lotus supermarket, on the opposite side of the road.
At the entrance of the alley, there is a car repair shop called 'Aue Aey'.
Go into the alley and you will find the house on the right, behind the repair shop.
There are two houses next to each other.

A house for 4 people costs 2,600 baht per night, which is only 650 baht per person. It's a great deal! The house has a private pool, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. If you have more than 4 people, it's an additional 300 baht per person. For more information or to book, please visit this link: https://th.airbnb.com/rooms/9082886?wl_source=list&wl_id=77194799&role=wishlist_collaborator&adults=1&children=0&infants=0

The ground floor features a kitchen and living room, complete with a large TV, Wi-Fi, and all the necessary kitchen appliances!
There's even a washing machine tucked away under the stairs!

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the swimming pool and has an en-suite bathroom.

May I see the second floor, please?

This is a blank paragraph.

This is a simple and short sentence.

The upstairs bathroom offers both bath and shower options.
Bath and shower amenities are provided, so no need to bring your own.
Any missing equipment can be found in the storage room near the parking lot.
However, from what we saw, they seem to have everything you need, including brooms, mops, dishwashing liquid, etc.

This Airbnb Pool Villa is absolutely amazing, especially for the price of 650 baht per person. Highly recommend checking it out!
However, I'm starving right now. Haven't eaten anything since lunch. Time to find something delicious to fill my stomach.

Following a recommendation from a local friend in Phuket, we decided to visit 'Xiang Qian Restaurant'.
This restaurant serves Thai-Chinese cuisine, with a strong emphasis on Chinese flavors. However, the dishes are surprisingly light and not greasy, offering a clean and refreshing taste.
Xiang Qian Restaurant is located on Nimit Road, Soi 2. It is open from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. For directions or inquiries, you can call 076-215-928.

The restaurant's recommended dishes include spicy and sour fish soup, fish stir-fried with curry paste, stir-fried bitter melon with egg, roasted pork, and char siu. We ordered stir-fried pork with ginger, stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, and stir-fried morning glory, and we were not disappointed. After finishing our meal, we felt a bit guilty about going straight back to our accommodation. So, we decided to take a walk to digest our food at the ' let go market ', which is also known as the ' Phuket let go market ' by the locals.

This is a popular spot for both teenagers and tourists.
In addition to clothing, there are also daily necessities and street food.
Friends can walk around and shop, walk around and taste. There is live music to listen to.
If you go on weekdays, the front of the low may be a little lonely.
But if it's Saturday or Sunday, there's no need to say... It's lively!
I almost forgot to tell you that the market is located on Thanon Dibuk, behind the TAT.
And the Dragon Square next to Lime Light Shopping Mall.

Day two is over, and I'm exhausted!
How can people visit so many places in one day? We went to
2 beaches, 1 viewpoint, 2 restaurants, and 1 market.
But we still haven't seen all of Phuket. There's still so much to explore.

————— DAY 3 —————

It's already day three! I have to say, we've been doing a lot of sightseeing these past two days.
This is my 7th trip to Phuket, and it's the first time I've seen so much.
But our trip isn't over yet! 5555555
Let's start day three at the 'Roti na kang restaurant near Nam'.
The last time I was here, I went to Arun Bhochana, which was delicious.
But a local told me that the real locals eat at this restaurant.
So this time, I'm here to try it for myself. It's located at the intersection near Nam.

At first glance, the restaurant seemed small and crowded, with a constant flow of customers. However, there were enough seats available as the turnover was quick. The atmosphere was casual, with people eating and leaving promptly. The main menu consisted of roti (with or without egg), various curries (beef, chicken, fish, and massaman), and tea or coffee. It was a typical southern breakfast experience. One couldn't help but feel sympathy for the chef, who tirelessly flipped and stretched the roti dough.

The shop is open daily from 6 am to noon.
If you can't find it, call 076-234-448.

Just a short walk from the previous shop, before the intersection, there's a charming cafe called 'The Tent'.
The cafe is not large, but the space is well-organized, with both table seating and a lovely tent area.
They offer a variety of sweet and savory dishes, as well as beverages.
The cafe is open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is closed on Tuesdays.
For more information, please visit their Facebook page:
https://www.facebook.com/thetent.phuket/

Not only does it look good, it's also delicious.

After leaving the restaurant, we decided to part ways with our romantic partners and go work at a bookstore cafe on Thalang Road. (I had read a review of Phuket cafes on Pantip: https://goo.gl/cHc5TV) We had to give them some time to be sweet together. After almost 3 hours, my friend picked me up and took me back to our accommodation. We played in the water for a bit and then went out to watch the sunset.

The closest beach to the accommodation is 'Surin Beach'.
Many people may not have heard of this beach, or have heard of it
but don't think about going there. I'm here to tell you that this beach is actually very beautiful.
The beach is very long, the waves are strong, and it's perfect for surfing.

This is a blank paragraph.

When we find a good job, we have to take a picture of it, right?

As it was their last night in Phuket, the three friends decided to cook their own dinner at their accommodation. Conveniently located near Lotus supermarket, they stopped by on their way back from Surin Beach to buy vegetables, pork, chicken, and rice. The total cost was only 80 baht per person, and they ended up with a larger quantity of food than any of their previous meals. O

Day 3: Culinary Delights and Coastal Charm

The third day of the trip was a delightful mix of culinary adventures and coastal relaxation. Two delicious meals and a visit to a stunning beach made for a memorable experience.

————— DAY 4 —————

It's already the last day! Today, we'll take it easy and not go on any strenuous outings. We started the day with breakfast from 'Auntie Mai's shop', which my friend bought for us after going for a morning drive. The rice noodles were incredibly delicious and soft. Highly recommended! P.S. I was too hungry and sleepy to take any pictures, sorry!

From our accommodation, we went to make merit and pay respects at 'Chalong Temple', also known as Wat Chaitharam, a prominent temple in Phuket. Visitors often pay homage to Luang Pho Chaem, renowned for his healing abilities, and admire the beauty of the Phra Maha Chedi and Phra Chom Thai.

Phuket Trip: Delicious Seafood and Rainy Day Adventures

After leaving Wat Chalong, we stopped by a nearby dessert shop. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain and we hadn't brought umbrellas. We waited in the car for over an hour until the rain subsided, then finally headed out to return the car to our friend.

Our four-day, four-night Phuket adventure culminated in a delicious seafood feast at Laem Hin Seafood Restaurant. Located on the way to the airport (with other branches available), the restaurant is open from 10 am to 10 pm. Their menu recommendation? Everything!

And they weren't kidding. Everything was truly delicious. We ordered sea bass with fish sauce, stir-fried morning glory, steamed squid with lime, crab fried rice, and the absolute highlight: fresh coconut water.
