This is my second visit to the beautiful Amaya Food Gallery at Amari Watergate Bangkok.

The restaurant is located at the Amari Watergate Hotel in Bangkok (Pratunam). The restaurant has recently been renovated and looks stunning. I previously visited during the day,

and this time I came in the evening. I must say that the Amaya restaurant is truly beautiful.

There are many great photo spots, so if you love taking pictures and checking in, don't miss it.

Oh, and today I came for dinner on a Friday with the Friday Seafood Night Dinner buffet promotion.

After talking for so long, I'm just inviting you to come and have a buffet with me, haha.

The buffet is available every Friday at Amaya Restaurant from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

I must say that the seafood here is as plentiful as ever, with a wide selection of fresh seafood to choose from, such as salmon, crab, oysters, mussels, river prawns,

tiger prawns, mantis shrimp, squid, and much more. There is also an international food corner with Thai, Indian, and Italian cuisine.

And there is a dessert corner with over 40 types of shaved ice to choose from.

For oyster lovers, the oysters here are huge! It's a pity I don't eat this type of shellfish. Hehe.

There are also Japanese-style sushi and sashimi menus.

The latest two dishes were incredibly delicious. The colors were so vibrant and enticing.

The pomelo salad with fresh shrimp was especially delightful. We highly recommend it!
