These dumplings are similar in size and texture to steamed crab dumplings with pork filling, but they stand out with their fragrant and flavorful XO sauce. The sauce has a spicy kick at the end. Recommended.

Chicken Feet in Fermented Soybean Paste

Description:

The chicken feet are perfectly tender, cooked to the point where they are soft but not mushy. The aroma of fermented soybean paste is present, and the flavor is rich and well-balanced, with a slight hint of spiciness. This dish is highly recommended.

'Char Siu Bao'
The savory char siu filling, seasoned with a touch of saltiness, complements the sweet and chewy bao dough perfectly. Well-executed.

'Cream-filled steamed bun'
Soft and chewy dough with a fragrant, smooth cream filling. The taste is well-balanced, not overly sweet, and delicious. Recommended.

'Shrimp Noodle Rolls with Assorted Toppings'

The thick, soft noodles perfectly complement the filling of whole shrimp and the rich, flavorful sauce. This is the first time I've enjoyed thick noodles, and they were done exceptionally well.

Steamed and pan-fried rice noodle rolls with red pork
Similar to the shrimp rice noodle rolls, but with a more pronounced red pork flavor. Well-executed.

'Crispy Dough Fritter Noodle Rolls with Chicken Filling'
Thin rice noodle sheets encasing large, chewy pieces of youtiao (Chinese cruller) filled with savory chicken. The filling is predominantly salty, so it's best to eat these rolls quickly. Well-executed.

'Fried Kuicheai'
Aromatic with a generous amount of kuicheai, flavorful and delicious. Recommended.

'Deep-fried Tofu Puffs with Assorted Fillings'
The crispy exterior reveals a generous filling of whole shrimp, best enjoyed with a sweet dipping sauce for an extra burst of flavor. Highly recommended.

Fried Taro

Crispy on the outside, the filling is fragrant with juicy taro, flavorful and well-made.

'Khao Pad Pak Kad'
The standard thick piece comes in a soft texture, with a fragrant and well-balanced taste. Recommended.

Chicken Spring Rolls

Crispy and consistent skin, juicy filling with a full range of standard flavors.

‘Red Pork’

Thickly sliced, generously portioned, and seasoned with a prominent salty flavor, the red pork boasts a distinct aroma of garlic and shallots.

"Soup of the Day"
The soup menu changes daily and is limited to one order per person. On the day of the review, the menu was "Red Water Bamboo Fungus." The red water bamboo fungus soup was not overly thick and had a distinct flavor. It was refreshing and helped to stimulate the appetite. It was well-prepared.

For the main course, you can choose one dish per person from the following three options:

'Fried Rice'
Fried well, not greasy, fragrant with various spices, flavorful. Recommended.

'Khao soi khao mun'
The noodles are springy and chewy, and the sauce is full of flavor and ingredients. It's well-made.

'Rad Na Moo'
Wide rice noodles with a satisfyingly chewy texture, thick and tender slices of pork, and fresh, crisp vegetables. The gravy is flavorful and well-balanced, making for a delicious dish.

For dessert, you may choose one dish per person from the following four options:

'Fresh seasonal fruits'

Ginger-infused Glutinous Rice Balls
Bite-sized glutinous rice balls with a chewy texture and fragrant black sesame filling. The ginger broth is not overly spicy and has a balanced sweetness. Well-executed.

'Tofu Pudding Fruit Salad'
Chilled tofu pudding with a satisfyingly thick and bouncy texture, served with a refreshing mix of sweet and sour fruits. A classic and delicious dessert.

'Sago Cantaloupe'

Fine, smooth shaved ice with a distinct cantaloupe flavor infused directly into the ice. Deliciously fragrant, sweet, and refreshing. Highly recommended.
