This trip was organized by TrekMania Thailand, a page dedicated to hiking enthusiasts. I have joined several trips with them before, and this time, I decided to review my experience hiking Mount Luang.

Here is a rough outline of the trip.

2-day, 1-night trip for 1,700 baht.
Meet at Khao Keri Mas for 900 baht.

Details:
Day 1 (01.09.17)
Travel by VIP van from PTT Sanam Pao at 11:30 PM.

Day 2 (02.09.17)
Morning: Breakfast at the park (self-paid). Pack lunch for the hike (self-paid). Complete personal tasks.
Hike up the mountain.
Arrive before 2 pm to explore the various peaks of Khao Luang.
Evening: Arrive at the campsite. Prepare dinner at the central camp.

Day 3: 03.09.17

Morning:

  • Breakfast
  • Hike down the same path

Afternoon:

  • Lunch and dinner (self-paid)
  • Visit the Ancient City on the way back

Notes:

  • This trip was uneventful, but I wanted to share some photos.
  • I paid for my own lunch and dinner.
  • We had time to visit the Ancient City on the way back.

The wind is strong, each hairstyle changes automatically.

My sister's first hiking trip was intended to help her lose weight, but it didn't seem to have much of an impact. Her weight remained the same.
