A Delicious Sunday Brunch at PRIME & Prime+

This past Sunday, I had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful Sunday Brunch featuring lobster at PRIME & Prime+, located in the Compass SkyView Hotel.

The journey is incredibly convenient. Compass SkyView Hotel is located in Sukhumvit Soi 24, just 200 meters from the BTS Phrom Phong station. For those who want to avoid traffic jams, the BTS SkyTrain is a quick and easy option. Today, I drove my own car, but there's no need to worry about parking. You can park your car in the building's parking lot, which has ample space. Once you arrive, take the elevator to Prime Restaurant on the 7th floor.

Sunday Brunch Buffet, Sunday lunch, the highlight is the Canadian lobster, 1 per person. The imported lobster is big and fat, it can be said that it is the protagonist. The lobster festival has only started a few weeks ago, it is very interesting.

Plus, there's all-you-can-eat seafood, like a whole ocean of it. All my favorites!

Press the elevator button to the 7th floor to find the PRIME restaurant. Inform the staff that you are here for the SUNDAY BRUNCH. The exterior may appear somewhat formal, but the interior offers a completely different atmosphere. Open every Sunday from 11:45 AM to 3:00 PM.

The seating area offers a variety of options, decorated in a modern industrial style. The atmosphere is airy and comfortable with glass walls on all sides. You can sit here or in the long sofa area, which is perfect for groups.

This station offers grilled salmon and snow fish, prepared fresh by chefs.

Enjoy unlimited seafood, including oysters, blue crabs, prawns, salmon, snow fish, scallops, and salmon sashimi. Choose to have the chef grill or steam your selections to your liking. Feel free to choose large pieces of your favorite seafood and hand them to the chef for preparation. Then, relax and wait comfortably at your table while the staff brings your delicious dishes. This all-you-can-eat experience offers both variety and convenience.

Oysters are my absolute favorite! I love eating them like this, they are so fresh and sweet.

Steamed crab, shrimp, and mussels are available for your selection.

No need to worry about the availability of seafood dipping sauce. We have plenty! Contrary to popular belief, our seafood dipping sauce is not catered specifically to foreigners. It is authentically spicy, sour, and flavorful, guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds. Our seafood is also exceptional, prepared with the freshest ingredients and bursting with flavor.

Thai food, cheese and salad corner. Actually, there is a corner with chicken rice and Thai curry dishes. But I apologize, I forgot to take a picture. Anyone who is worried about having rice to eat? Don't worry, there is.

The cake was abundant, leaving us with leftovers. It was accompanied by ice cream, seasonal fruits, traditional Thai desserts, and a chocolate fountain. Our friends who enjoy bakery were delighted.

Complimentary beverages are available, including orange juice, apple juice, pineapple juice, and plain water.

At first glance, this image may appear unremarkable. However, upon closer inspection, its true scale becomes apparent. When compared to the size of a human hand, the object in question is revealed to be significantly larger than initially perceived.

The lobster is cooked to perfection and has a strong buttery aroma. It is served with a well-balanced dipping sauce, making for a delicious and satisfying meal. The lobster itself is worth the price of 2,200 baht per person, but there is currently a promotion where you buy one and get one free, bringing the price down to 1,100 baht net per person. This is an incredible deal, so I highly recommend trying it. Even if you don't come for the Sunday brunch buffet, you can still order the lobster as a separate dish.

The claws are very large. Equipment is provided... It requires a lot of strength, so it's a bit difficult for delicate women like us. Hehe.

The outcome was surprisingly satisfying. The large, sweet, and juicy shrimp dipped in seafood sauce was a delightful experience.

Bring the sea to the land. Today, I ate everything. Everything!
