Many people, when they have free time or want to relax, quietly chill, and recharge their bodies, can't think of where to go. Should they go to the sea to listen to the waves? Or should they go to the mountains to feel the cool air? For me, it's not difficult at all. The place that is always in my heart is Hua Hin. Whether I have a long time to plan or it's a sudden trip, Hua Hin is always one of my first choices. This trip is a birthday trip. Every year around this time, I choose a tourist destination to relax. The accommodation I chose today is Veranda Resort Hua Hin – Cha Am, Mgallery by Sofitel. I've wanted to come here for a long time. I've seen reviews from many people, but I never had the chance to come. Recently, they have renovated many parts, especially the room we are staying in today. Not many people have reviewed it after the renovation. I consider this a good opportunity to experience something new and share useful information with my friends.

Veranda Resort Hua Hin - Cha Am is located just past Cha-am and before Hua Hin, in a relatively secluded and peaceful area. We arrived around 2 pm and parked in front of the lobby, where the staff kindly unloaded our luggage. Parking is available under the building. We then headed inside to check in.

The lobby is an open-air space, airy and comfortable, with the gentle sound of flowing water creating a relaxing atmosphere. Two weeks before our visit to Veranda Hua Hin, we stayed at Veranda Chiangmai, where the lobby had a similar style. However, the Chiang Mai location had a more opulent, "Lanna Princess" feel, surrounded by lush greenery. In contrast, the Hua Hin location evokes a seaside ambiance through its decor, which features models of fish and other marine life.

Check in here. Today's welcome drink is freshly blended orange juice, served with a cool towel to beat the heat.

The lobby features a spacious sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and reading a book while waiting for your room to be ready.

Veranda Hua Hin offers a selection of newly renovated rooms, while some room types remain in their original condition.

This building will be connected to the Lobby. The room type will be Veranda Deluxe, which is the starting room type. I have been informed that it has been completely renovated.

It was time. The staff led us to our room. Along the way, the corridors were adorned with eye-catching decorations, transforming the plain white walls into a visually appealing space.

Our room today is the Veranda@Sea type, located in the front building next to the swimming pool. Our room is on the 1st floor, at the very end. It's super close to the pool! Just this alone is amazing...

The view from the balcony is breathtaking, offering an unobstructed panorama of the sparkling sea. The crystal-clear waters stretch as far as the eye can see, creating a sense of awe and wonder.

Let's explore the guest rooms... This room has also been renovated. Each room has a resident doll, a prop for taking cool photos, which you can buy and take home. Today, our room has a little crab to cuddle with. So cute!

The large door you see hides a wardrobe. It contains a safe, umbrellas, and slipper shoes. The large door can also be slid to become the door to the bathroom.

At the foot of the bed is a space-saving TV with a vanity for the lady of the house. The cabinet below opens to reveal a refrigerator and minibar.

The bathroom is divided into a dry and wet area, each with its own room. There are two sinks, so there is no need to compete for space.

The amenities kit is complete, including THANN body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and hand gel.

The bathroom is well-equipped with a bathtub for soaking, ensuring a complete and well-defined space.

The Veranda@Sea room features a spacious sofa bed on the balcony, offering a close-up view of the ocean. As mentioned earlier, our room was located on the first floor, closest to the swimming pool. This was truly a wonderful experience, but nothing could compare to the constant view of the sea. The name "At Sea" is truly fitting, and we were incredibly happy with our choice.

Just steps away from the pool, you can take a dip whenever you please...wait for the sun to set and the wind to die down, and relax.

An infinity pool with breathtaking ocean views, perfect for a refreshing swim while enjoying the scenery. It also features a water slide for both adults and children, providing fun for all ages. Aloha Pajingo in abundance!

Adjacent to the swimming pool is the ISEA Beach Bar & Restaurant. The highlight is the long walkway extending towards the beach, giving the impression of walking above the sea. The glass panels on both sides are a distinctive feature that makes it instantly recognizable as Veranda. With locations in both Hua Hin and Pattaya, it offers panoramic views... I was truly impressed with this place.

A beanbag chair provides a comfortable and elevated space for relaxation, offering a secluded spot for reading or simply enjoying the view.

This angle is perfect no matter how you take it. Just cover your belly a little bit, haha. I love it the most. I walked up to enjoy the high-angle view many times.

The lower level features a beachfront dining area with both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu offers a fusion of Thai and Western cuisine, including burgers and light bites. For a more substantial Thai meal or a formal dining experience, the Dining Room is recommended. However, it does not offer the same oceanfront ambiance as the beachfront dining area, as it is located adjacent to the lobby building.

The Pool Bar also offers Happy Hour from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Beach slippers are provided in the room. Feel free to wear them for a stroll around the resort. As a woman, I can't forget my stylish photo props, including hats, bags, sunglasses, and more. When you're at the beach, you need to have everything you need. Don't miss out!

The sea was calm today. We went on a Friday, and the beach in front of the hotel was not crowded. There were a few people walking by, but it was not busy. The location is in a zone where the hotels are far apart and not in the center of Cha-am or Hua Hin, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway to truly recharge your body.

Besides the giant orange beanbag, there is also a comfortable sofa for sitting or lying down. More importantly, there are plenty of pillows. I would love to enjoy the view, but with such comfortable amenities, I'm tempted to take a nap instead.

Order a smoothie to cool down. If you order it to drink by the sea, the staff will give you a plastic cup.

At this moment, nothing is more blissful than listening to the soothing waves, sipping on a refreshing smoothie, and snapping photos to share with friends on social media. Oh, it's amazing! Would I come back? Absolutely! My first visit was incredibly impressive, and I'm not exaggerating. It's rare to find a place that leaves you wanting more, but Veranda Hua Hin is one of them!

As the sun sets this evening, I find myself gazing out from the balcony of my room. The crowds have thinned, and people have retreated to their rooms to rest. But I remain here, enjoying the cool evening breeze. After all, with a view like this, why would I want to be anywhere else? The view is simply breathtaking, especially when shared with a loved one. It's the epitome of romance.

The housekeeper brought me some fruit and snacks while I was turning down the bed. I haven't had a chance to try them yet.

Before bed, soak in warm water, whip up a fluffy lather...and float around in the tub! Consider tonight's job beautifully done. ^_^

A peaceful night's sleep followed by a refreshing morning. Yesterday evening, a light rain fell, causing a slight worry, but today the sky has been clear since dawn. Although I missed the sunrise, I was able to witness the golden sunlight reflecting on the surface of the sea.

The room is conveniently located just a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. The stunning ocean views from the room are perfect for waking up to. This was my fifth trip to Hua Hin, and it never disappoints. The weather was perfect, the sea was calm, and the atmosphere was as delightful as ever.

The allure of Hua Hin that everyone loves... there's another activity you shouldn't miss: riding a miniature horse along the beach. If you have the chance, give it a try!

The early morning atmosphere is usually less crowded, making it an ideal time for a refreshing swim or workout.

Before heading out for dinner, we enjoyed a light coffee and tea on the balcony. The view from our room is stunning! We've been staying at the resort this whole trip and haven't ventured out. We want to savor every moment of this blissful experience.

Breakfast is served at the Dining Room, located next to the lobby. The buffet offers a wide variety of options, including an egg station, a congee and pork blood soup station where dishes are made to order, a dim sum station with dumplings and steamed buns, rice balls, and Thai dishes such as sticky rice with grilled pork and deep-fried dough sticks with condensed milk. However, we arrived late after spending time exploring the beach and swimming. By the time we arrived, the restaurant was crowded, and we did not want to disturb other guests by taking photos. Therefore, we do not have any pictures to share.

The smoothies at Veranda are delicious. We had several glasses, haha.

Time flies when you're having fun, but the memories of those happy moments stay with us forever. This was my first time at Veranda Hua Hin, and it certainly won't be my last. Everything about this place impressed me: the friendly staff, the serene atmosphere, the beautiful rooms, and the stunning swimming pool. It was the perfect getaway, especially since my birthday was approaching. Every year, I choose to celebrate my birthday in Hua Hin, and this year, Veranda was the ideal choice. I'll definitely be back for another memorable stay.

The Veranda will also have a newly opened cafe called Skoop Beach Cafe. I have previously used the services at the Pattaya branch, which is next to Veranda Pattaya. It is a lovely cafe by the sea. The Hua Hin branch will open at Khao Takiab, but it is located in the Veranda Residence zone, about 27 km from the resort. I visited the cafe shortly after it opened, and I will share some photos with you. I didn't write a review, though.

Skoop Beach Cafe is located at Khao Takiab, offering a peaceful atmosphere within the Veranda Residence zone. This beachfront cafe features blue, white, and navy bean bags, providing unique photo opportunities. During our visit in the late morning, the scorching Hua Hin sun made for a rather hot experience.

A refreshing glass of passion fruit smoothie to quench your thirst. The tangy flavor is sure to invigorate your senses.

The second glass is a sweet, blended Thai tea.

No matter how hot it is, Sri can endure it. She doesn't care about the scorching sun. As long as she gets beautiful pictures, she's happy. Haha!

For those who prefer to avoid the sea breeze and potential hair disarray, there is an air-conditioned indoor seating area available. Food is also offered, although we did not partake. The signature item here is the ice cream cone, where you can choose your own cone with your preferred color and design, followed by your favorite ice cream flavor.

The photo was taken in a flash... the sun melts so fast in this kind of weather.

The atmosphere in the evening is fantastic, especially around 5 pm. You can stroll hand-in-hand with your partner along the beach, admiring the miniature horses and the breathtaking sunset. Just thinking about it is enough to make you feel happy! The prices are a bit high, though. If I remember correctly, each drink costs around 120 baht, including ice cream. But if you're not too concerned about the cost, it's definitely worth it for the view. There aren't many cafes in Hua Hin where you can relax and enjoy the sea view while feeling the sand beneath your feet and listening to the sound of the waves. Plus, this particular spot is tucked away in a corner, offering a good amount of privacy. It's a good idea to call ahead and check the opening hours to avoid any disappointment.
