In the heart of Bangkok, on Ratchada Soi 8, there is a beautiful garden inspired by the words: "No sweat in this century has given the Thai people more than the sweat of the King." This garden represents the hearts of the Thai people. Join us in planting a marigold each, arranged in the shape of a heart, as a tribute to the King. Let's let "Father" see it from heaven.

Every Drop of His Majesty's Sweat

For over 70 years, every drop of His Majesty's sweat that has fallen upon the soil of Thailand, every square inch, has been like divine nectar, nourishing the nation's progress to where it stands today.

This is... inspiration...
.
The Pong Sak Vichagrat Foundation and Professor Amnuay Intachai have created the #RoyalSweatGarden, transforming a 30-acre plot in the heart of Bangkok on Ratchadaphisek Road (Ratchada Soi 8) into a blooming field of marigolds.

In the hope that... His Majesty will gaze upon...

This beautiful garden of loyalty... from heaven above.

In this place, the hearts of the Thai people gather to express their loyalty and gratitude for the immeasurable kindness of the King. This is done by laying down marigolds in the shape of the King's sweat. One marigold represents the heart of one Thai person.

This garden is open for visitors to view and participate in placing marigolds throughout October 1986. Visitors can bring their own marigolds or receive them at the event free of charge.
