Ryokan Coffee Shop, Chiang Rai Province

This cafe offers a relaxing atmosphere with Japanese-style ryokan accommodations. While I don't have details about the accommodations, the overall experience is highly rated for its chill vibes. The open-air cafe boasts fresh air throughout the day, allowing you to soak in the homey atmosphere. Enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book, and take in the views of the rice fields and organic vegetable garden.

Getting there: If you've ever been to the beautiful white temple, Wat Rong Khun, designed by Ajarn Chalermchai (that's a million "Gs" for emphasis!), then you'll have no trouble finding the restaurant. It's just 1 kilometer further down the road.

The shop is not far from the main road, it's not deep. It's a path leading to the village. You will get to experience the local way of life... Along the way, you will see the shop quite clearly. The shop is on the right-hand side, and the owner, Tororo, will be holding an umbrella in the middle of the bamboo forest, opposite the shop.... I have to tell you that we saw Tororo first. We were so busy looking to the left that we didn't see the shop on the right, so we drove past it. Hehe. We were so busy looking for a way to get to Tororo. Hehe. We turned around and the car got stuck in a rut. We couldn't get it out. 5555 So we had to walk to the shop to find someone to help us push it out. Please don't do this. It's embarrassing.

Not in a loud voice, you know .... Quietly, a latte please. Hmm, my car got stuck in a pothole. Could you help me push it out? Hehe .... The shop is super cute! Thank you.

Order at the counter - Pay - Get a queue number - Find a seat - Wait for the drink - Enjoy life (This cup costs about 60 baht)

After getting the car up, I felt relieved. Now I can drive straight ahead.... I came here on purpose. This shop, because I was left alone, the villagers all went out to travel, so I brought my house to hang out here. There weren't many people. I went on a weekday, but there were people coming and going. Most of them came to take pictures, hehe.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is open-air, but it's not hot at all, even though it's the beginning of June. It's spacious, airy, and comfortable. The restaurant plays soft Japanese music in the background, creating a nice atmosphere. There are also free copies of books and magazines to read.

After a while, I started to feel hungry... There were many menus available, but I apologize that I didn't take any pictures. I chose this one: 'น้ำเงี้ยว เรียวกัง', which costs around 50 baht. It was delicious and filling. I finished it off with their signature iced green tea.

From ten in the morning to one in the afternoon... In a blink of an eye, it's already three in the afternoon. Time flies, but I don't feel tired. I got some work done too... Before I go back, let me take some photos...

This is a table that can be used as a seat. It is also a fish tank.

Whoever has gone, try to find out where they are. Hehe. I like it very much.... In the bathroom. Hehe.

I like how he pays attention to details... he really takes care of everything, every single detail, even things like 'hand towels'.

I like it... No wonder why so many people go there and know about it, even though it's so deep inside.
