Another free day, not knowing what to do, I looked for a trip to the provinces. I wanted to go far away and found a trip to "Suan Ha Luang". At first, I didn't know it, but I saw that it was in Nan province, so I decided to sign up to go with them. And the journey began. This trip was a short one, departing on the night of Friday, November 25, 2016, and arriving on November 27, 2016.

Day 1

The first day of the trip, the trip organizer met everyone at the PTT gas station in Sanam Pao at 8 pm. Once everyone was on the bus, they slept to regain their energy. The first destination of this trip was "Doi Samer Dao" (Doi Samer Dao is located in Sri Nan National Park, Nan Province).

Day 2

We arrived at Doi Pha Hom Pok just in time to witness the first light of dawn.

After breakfast near Doi Pha Hom Pok National Park, we traveled to Ban San Charoen in Tha Wang Pha district, a distance of approximately 150 kilometers. Upon arrival, we bathed in a local stream before switching from a van to a 4x4 pickup truck in preparation for our ascent to the Royal Park.

Ambiance in the Royal Herb Garden

Someone is flying a paramotor up here (the view must be beautiful from above).

The top of the mountain boasts a stunning Buddha statue. We decided to set up our tents in this area.

The atmosphere of the sunset

The next stop was a time to recharge (the food on this trip was delicious).

After eating our fill, we looked up at the sky. Wow, the sky was full of stars!

The night was breezy, but not too windy. The cool air made sleeping in a sleeping bag very comfortable. After looking at the photos I had taken, I fell asleep without realizing it.

Day 3

This morning, I woke up around 4:30 AM and took care of personal matters before preparing to take pictures of the sunrise.

The morning air was thick with fog, and the wind was quite strong.

The sky opened up, revealing the first light of a new day. The sea of mist before us was truly magnificent.

Let's take a group photo before we descend from the mountain.

After visiting the Royal Botanical Garden, we stopped by Wat Phukiet in Pua District to take a bath. After finishing my bath, I walked around taking pictures and praying at the temple.

Before returning to Bangkok, we stopped by Wat Phumin to pay respects to the Buddha for good luck.

Another day trip completed, with total expenses of 2900 baht (covering 6 meals, van and fuel costs, pickup truck transfers, and accident insurance). This trip was incredibly affordable and worthwhile. By embracing an open mind, we encountered new friendships and fellow travel enthusiasts who share our passion for exploration. Nature's beauty never ceases to amaze.
