The food stations are strategically placed around the perimeter, preventing congestion and ensuring a comfortable dining experience.

Let's start with the highlight menu of this promotion.

Steamed Crab

The steamed crab selection boasts three distinct varieties: egg crab and meat crab from Khlong Khon, and horse crab from Surat Thani province. Freshly delivered to the hotel daily, the crabs are of impressive size. I had the opportunity to sample all three types, served steaming hot. Each variety offered a delightful texture and sweetness. However, the Khlong Khon egg crab stands out as the star of the show. Its abundant roe delivers an incredibly rich and flavorful experience. I recommend savoring it plain first to fully appreciate its natural sweetness and creaminess before enhancing the taste with the spicy seafood dipping sauce. The meat crab boasts a satisfyingly firm texture throughout, while the horse crab offers a slightly softer and more delicate sweetness. I highly recommend trying all three varieties for a comprehensive crab experience.

In addition to the cold seafood, there is also a corner where seafood is grilled and served hot. This includes shrimp, scallops, New Zealand mussels, sea snails, and fish. There is also marinated pork and chicken satay that is grilled to juicy perfection and seasoned with a salty flavor. It is recommended to pair it with the sauce.

'Japanese Cuisine'
Generous cuts of fresh, thick-sliced raw fish, especially the salmon from Tasmania, which boasts a wonderfully sweet and buttery flavor. Highly recommended. The menu also features sushi, generous pieces of roe, tempura prawns, miso soup, and salmon head stewed in soy sauce.

The Red Snapper was a thick, perfectly cooked piece of fish with excellent flavor. / The hot mushroom soup was fragrant and had a slightly thick consistency, seasoned to a good standard. / The pork ribs were thick and tender, with a standout smoky and flavorful BBQ sauce. Highly recommended.

Sago with pork filling: The dough is chewy and satisfying, although a bit thick. The filling is fragrant and well-seasoned, delicious. / Salmon in three flavors: The pieces are thick and full-bodied, but a bit dry. The three-flavor sauce is rich and flavorful, with distinct spices. / Seafood stir-fried with garlic: The squid is tender and chewy, with a distinct garlic aroma. The seasoning is well-balanced, well done. / Shrimp with lime: The shrimp are firm and sweet, with a pronounced sour and lime flavor. Not too spicy. / Fried shrimp cake: The texture is chewy and not dry, with a fragrant and flavorful seasoning. Well done.

'Spicy Pork Bone Soup'
The Kurobuta pork bone broth has a naturally sweet and savory flavor that serves as a solid foundation. The seasoning can be customized to your preferences, and you can request additional adjustments from the chef if the initial taste doesn't meet your expectations. Don't hesitate to ask for more until it's perfect for you.

‘Carving Station’
Generous slices of succulent ham, boasting a delightful sweetness that eliminates the need for dipping sauces. The Wagyu beef, boasting a beautiful marbling and cooked to a perfect medium-rare, is a true delight. For those who prefer their meat well-done, the chefs are happy to accommodate. The melt-in-your-mouth texture is further enhanced by the addition of pepper or mushroom sauce. The combination of the meat, bread, arugula, and balsamic glaze creates a symphony of flavors that is sure to impress. Highly recommended.

'Fruits and Sweets'

The atmosphere is bright, clean, tidy, and spacious. The service is excellent. The food ingredients are of high quality, fresh, clean, and the portion sizes are good. For the highlight menu, **Klong Kon crab with roe**, it really did not disappoint, there is nothing to fault. Honestly, at the moment, I would rate the **Klong Kon crab with roe festival** at the **Atrium** international buffet restaurant at the **Landmark Bangkok Hotel** as one of the top crab buffet menus in my opinion. In addition, there are many other menus to choose from to your heart's content. But let me tell you, it's really hard to put down the crab at this event. This promotion is only available until the end of October 2017.
